Zucchini bun
The zucchini scones (pogatscha) was so successful that we took it a step further and made it into a delicious, soft roll with excellent nutritional value.
Ingredients: zucchini, flax seed flour, bamboo fiber, vegetable oil (coconut), psyllium husk flour, salt, preservative (K-sorbate, Ca-propionate).
The zucchini is peeled and seeded before being grated into the scones, so the finished product is lectin-free.

As usual, they contain 50% vegetables and are grain-free. This makes the dough light but filling, and suitable not only for vegetarians and vegans, but also for keto and paleo diets.

You can choose the one with Gouda cheese, or, if you don't eat cheese, you can have the plain sticks.
Every package contains 300 g guilt-free crackers.
The sticks are ready-to-eat, but this video helps you to make it even tastier and crunchier.

Lasagne pasta is currently only made for restaurants in the desired size and with the requested vegetable.
It can be made into a heavenly speciality with meat or meatless fillings.
With the 50% vegetable content, grain-free Zero Guilt pasta, is a light but filling course, and can be made into a dish that is not only vegan and vegetarian, but also keto and paleo.

Products with compromise

We also make stuffed pizza, or calzone, from our cauliflower pizza dough, minimizing the time it takes to prepare your lunch or dinner. The high fiber content in the dough slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, making these delicacies a healthy compromise.
The products come in bakeable bags. This means you can heat them up anywhere without contaminating them with gluten. Just a few minutes in the microwave and you're ready to eat.
Just be careful as the aroma spreads, so that others don't steal it from you! ;-)
